yo i was wondering when epidemic says spread conditions from target foe to adjacent foes...does it mean adjacent to you or adjacent to that foe?

nah i see what he saying, it could be misread as :target foe and adjacent: as in adjacent to you. personally i dont use concise since the other kind seems to describe them better anyways

Concise is for people who already understand how all the skills work, and may just want a small hint every now and then.
